Traceability
An appreciated label ensuring the traceability of Servis’Œuf products
Respecting the quality of the products is at the heart of the daily work at La Ferme du Pré, all the necessary means are deployed to meet our customers’ expectations.
Each Servis’Œuf packaging has a traceability label that allows:
- The ascending and descending tracking of Servis’Œuf products from the moment the egg products are received until they are packaged.
- The archiving of Servis’Œuf products used in preparations.
This way every professional can easily and simply guarantee the traceability of preparations and comply with the regulation.

including the name of the producer,
the traceability code and the SLED
Labelling of Servis’Œuf’s egg products :
* Batch no. - Production date - SLED / * Removable label / * Barcode
The shipping record :
The shipping record provides details of what is contained in the pallet.
* Product description / * Item barcode and package GTIN / * SLED and batch number
- Logistics : all the information is included on a delivery document with the EAN128 and the SSCC ID number specific to the pallet upon customer’s request. The orders can be recorded by the EDI system.
