All round and beautiful, everything about an egg is unique: its perfect shape, its delicate colour, its fragility…

It is the symbol of life, the foundation of all creation. Appreciated for centuries, it is an essential ingredient in our kitchen. It is often associated with our childhood memories: the farm, the egg gobbled up raw whilst still warm… the basket of eggs, all freshly laid, brought home proudly… the first homemade cake together as a family…

It is also part of our traditions (Easter eggs) and some artists apply themselves to using them to create beautiful decorative objects.

Eaten by everyone, including those who claim not liking it, both fragile and well protected, it only tolerates quality. It is a precious treasure for our health, our pleasure and our well-being.

“The egg is for cooking what articles are for speeches, that is such a vital necessity that the most talented cook would relinquish their art if they were forbidden to use it”
