La Ferme du Pré situated in Eragny sur Epte (Oise) France was created in 1977 for the production and the processing of eggs.

With its facilities for rearing, laying, packaging, and processing, la Ferme du Pré controls a flock of  1 200,000 layers and sells more than 400 million eggs per year under the control of a team of 100 staff. The eggs are distributed by its own fleet of 10 trucks.

In order to guarantee freshness, la Ferme du Pré collects the day fresh eggs 6 days out of 7.

100,000 eggs are calibrated per hour
120,000 eggs are broken per hour
25,000 eggs are boiled and peeled per hour

Half of this production is sold as shell eggs to supermarkets and to the catering industry; the other part is transformed into egg products under the trademark of Servis'Œuf.

The company has been IFS certified since 2006.
