produced under the control of la Ferme du Pré. These eggs are
selected to satisfy each product specification. They offer time saving,
availibity, bacteriological and functional quality to professionals.
Through the pasteurization and aseptic packaging process, la Ferme du
Pré, can guarantee long conservation of its products (Use-by
period: 35 days).
