The Servis'Œuf hardboiled and peeled eggs are small sized eggs, produced under the control of la Ferme du Pré.
They offer time and energy saving, availibity and quality to professionals. This product is adapted for cooking with semi-prepared produce. It is ideal for starters, mixed salads, sandwichs, and main courses.


Use-by period for buckets: 35 days at 0 - 4°C

For cardboard box: 28 days at 0 - 4°C
